Salad Greens Under the Snow

It finally got above freezing on Suday, so we kicked the snow off the cold frame, pulled back the row covers on the tat soi bed, and harvested a nice basket of salad green: lettuce, arugula, mizuna, kale, taisai, tat soi, and parsley.
