Rick & Shirley Visser
The two of us are in our early sixties and have been married for over 40 years. Shirley has Multiple Sclerosis so is unable to participate fully in the garden. Our children are grown. We have two grandchildren and a little ‘rescue’ dog. Our house is small, over 100 years old, and is situated on a fairly large city lot.
We are nearly vegetarian (98%) and nearly vegan (98%) …that is, we eat a little fish and don’t make a scene if we eat a little dairy…we use small amounts of dairy in our cooking…and, being unbound, do not think of these as transgressions.
